CSR is integrated into our processes through employer branding, recruitment, appraisals & key performance indicators, retention, motivation, communications, training & development and diversity. Our CSR is reflected in our corporate strategy, core values and relationships with internal and external stakeholders and is cascaded through the company from Board level.
